BLACK-FOREST BATHING
Shinrin Yoku is a mindfulness practice that brings all the senses to life. The sounds of the forest, the earthy scent of the trees and the feeling of the forest floor underfoot help to promote inner balance.The health-promoting properties of the trees work directly in the cells through targeted breathing and gentle physical exercises.
