Resilience, Yoga, Breath & Meditation

In the SCHWARZWALD PANORAMA you can embark on a journey: Understand inner processes, perceive yourself more consciously, promote psychological defense and feel change through mindfulness. Coaching combined with yoga, meditation, resilience training or black forest bathing, together with the healing climatic conditions of Bad Herrenalb, provide effective impulses for your personal development. We are very pleased to introduce you to our selfness instructor Kerstin Weinbrecht. She is a certified yoga teacher, resilience trainer and head of employee personality development. She accompanies you on your way to develop or activate your own resistance through resilience.
Stress and lack of mindfulness can affect physical and mental health. Strengthen your mental resilience for new impulses for thought and action on a private or professional level. You will train your breath awareness through physical exercises and achieve more mental and emotional presence, increasing balance and stability through supportive coaching.

RESILIENCE IMPULS

Resilience stands for the ability to deal with stressful situations and circumstances in a healthy way. The most important step towards greater resilience is conscious self-awareness. In a resilience impulse, you will learn different mindfulness, breathing and meditation practices in order to face life’s challenges with serenity. challenges of life with composure and to master your everyday life confidently and calmly.

YOGA IMPULS

Just as day and night, warmth and cold or light and darkness complement each other, rest and activity are also needed to experience life in all its fullness. In yoga, we practise letting go – physically, mentally and emotionally. At the same time, we develop strength in both body and mind. Yoga gives you the opportunity to consciously feel your vitality and to be completely in the here and now.

BREATH IMPULS 

Breathing techniques according to the Buteyko method and from yoga regulate the breathing and help to improve physical and mental health.They help you to sleep more restfully, alleviate asthma symptoms and increase your performance in everyday life and sport. Learn to consciously use your breath to recharge your batteries and improve your well-being in the long term.

MEDITATION IMPULSE

Meditation strengthens your concentration and promotes a deep awareness of the moment. You learn to recognise your feelings without being overwhelmed by them. Immerse yourself in the world of meditation and discover the transformative power of this practice.

BLACK-FOREST BATHING

Shinrin Yoku is a mindfulness practice that brings all the senses to life. The sounds of the forest, the earthy scent of the trees and the feeling of the forest floor underfoot help to promote inner balance.The health-promoting properties of the trees work directly in the cells through targeted breathing and gentle physical exercises. Experience deep relaxation and renewal through conscious immersion in nature.
