Especially when professional or private challenges overwhelm and exhaust us to such an extent that we feel driven, sleep badly and brood, we increasingly react with physical or psychological symptoms. We lose the clarity of the present moment and the contact to ourselves.
Stress management through mindfulness is a simple and highly effective training that helps us to get inner distance from our thought patterns. Instead of losing ourselves in thoughts, evaluations, worries or fears, we gain more and more freedom to act appropriately and calmly even in difficult situations, instead of only reacting and constantly overtaxing ourselves.
Mindfullness week “from moment to moment”

During this weekend you will get insights into the basics of mindfulness practice. Mindfulness will be trained with the help of the bodycan (guided body meditation while lying down) and the breathing meditation while sitting. These meditations are broken up by mindfulness-based movement sessions. Important from the beginning is the everyday context, so that application of mindfulness in everyday life can easily succeed from the start.
Of course there is time in between (“time for you”) to relax in the mineral swimming pool with a whirpool, the bio or Finnish wet sauna as well as with relaxing cosmetic treatments and massages. Let your soul dangle and your experiences sink in with a dreamlike panoramic view of nature. The goal is to better understand your own stress patterns and to get to know and apply healing alternatives and, beyond that, to simply let yourself feel good. Clinical studies prove the healing effect of MBSR on many stress-related diseases. In addition, we learn how to deal with ourselves and others in a more conscious and loving way.
