This arbitration board is a “General Consumer Arbitration Board” pursuant to § 4 (2) sentence 2 VSBG. Mediation procedures are, except in cases of abuse, free of charge for the customer. The limitation period for any claims is suspended for the duration of the procedure. If no agreement is reached there, legal recourse remains open.
